Layout > Add block > Basic Block. The block is titled "Main content," but the Display title checkbox is not checked.
Basic Blocks can use all sorts of text and media content. Conifigure this block to explore the different types of edits you can make.
In the right column, the View block was inserted, and configured to use the Announcements view.
The second section has 1 column.
The Accordion block was added by clicking Add block > Accordions.
Accordions have two options for the way items expand and collapse. Try them out by clicking Layout above, and then the configure button on the Accordions block.
